The Wellanschitz winery is known for its single-vineyard Blaufränkisch: CENTRAL, FAHNENSCHWINGER from Hochberg, SONNENSTEIG, HUSSI, WELL show the diversity of Blaufränkisch. Organic farming and the clear commitment to restraint in the cellar is a key element of the wines, the mica slate, granite gneiss, poor limestone soils and clay are left to shape the wine.
