The estate cultivates in netural and integrated vineyards where mostly Grüner Veltliner and Riesling are grown. The richness of materials in the wines is due to the soil of primary rocks. Also the micro-climate of the Kremstal and the huge impact of intense heat in the summer and severe cold in the winter have a decisive influence on the wine. It is quite common that hot summer days are followed by cool night temperatures coming from the Waldviertel.
