Weingut Prieler

The farm manor at the upper end of the main street in Schützen has a long history. The farm has been operated by the Prieler family for over 150 years. The elegant and complex wines of the Prieler Estate have made it one of the best wine producers in Austria. Blaufränkisch Ried Goldberg is one of the most famous red wines in the country! The Prieler estate currently cultivates 24 hectares of vineyards. The family is convinced: "The combination of a great location with the right grape variety and the unique microclimate of the region make wines that remain memorable".
