"Tradition, innovation, the love of wine and the connection to nature" - or simply put "BORN 2 MAKE WINE" is the recipe for success of the Austrian family Pfneisl. For over 100 years, the Pfneisl family have been wine-growers and farmers. With great attention to detail, both German and international grape varieties (85% red wine - 10% white wine - 5% sparkling rosé) are cultivated in the best locations of the Central Burgenland. Handpicked and vinified by Gerhard Pfneisl and his daughter Lisa, and matured, in the traditional fashion, either in steel vats or in (small) oak barrels.
