Weinkultur Preiß

The Preiss family operates a winery in the Austrian wine growing region Traisental. They grow mainly Grüner Veltliner, but also Riesling, on often small and very small terraces. These were painstakingly dug into the hillsides around their tiny village over a period of hundreds of years. Their cool-climate wines express their origin's character, with influences coming from the Lower Austrian Alps. The wines of the Preiss family taste elegant, juicy and bring spices and pure minerality.
