More than Grüner Veltliner... Since 1721, the Bauer family winery has existed as a generational business in the Pulka Valley, Weinviertel. The focus of the vinophile work is the examination of the diversity of more than 100 sites and their soils and climatic characteristics. Norbert Bauer farms the approximately 90 hectares together with his son Willy. In the red wines, the winemaking duo focuses on tannin-rich, colorful varietal representatives; in the white wines, the heart beats for fruity, mineral wines with good storage potential.
