In Grinzing, probably the most traditional wine region in Vienna, we work at the bottom of the Nussberg with a lot of passion and a biodynamic point of view. The Nussberg is a sea terrace, wich was shaped by the movements of the sea millions of years ago. The soil has numerous limescale deposits from marine animals. Thanks to these mineral shell limestone and limestone weathering soils, the wines are expressive and mineral.
