Enthused craft, sensuous roots. After many years of having focused on his academic career while also supporting the family winery, Dr. Karl Brindlmayer has returned to his homestead. With enthusiasm, he is spearheading his first vintages as sixth-generation vintner. This choice is reinforced and confirmed by his recent achievements. The cornerstones of the success are the continued family vintner tradition since 1833 paired with modern vision, and his ability to leverage the Traisental soil, calcareous loess with conglomerate in deeper layers, and the unique local microclimate.
