Description
Yellow-fruity play in abundance, fine honey blossom scent combined with ripe aromas, above all Ringlotten, extremely tempting; a lot of juice and power also on the palate, the intense yellow fruit accents are preserved, extremely long but never overpowering, with all the fullness rather characterized by the elegance and cool freshness

Vineyard: Ried Kellerberg
The 18.5 hectare Kellerberg is the prestige location in Mittelberg and extends from 350 to 420 metres above sea level. Not only the old wine cellars find their place here but also some of the best vineyards. The soil was formed in the dry, cold climate of the Ice Age. These soils hardly suffer from drought, as the loess provides an enormous reservoir of moisture.
Vinification
After destemming, the mash was left to stand overnight before being gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at 18 to 20° C. Afterwards, depending on the vintage, the wine was stored for several weeks in steel tanks on the yeast for further maturation where it matured until bottling in spring.
Food Pairing
Goes very well with casseroles of various kinds, white meat such as poultry to veal, perfect with Wiener Schnitzel, raclette or fondue and as a very good snack companion
