BurgenlandPannobile Salzberg 2019

Pannobile Weiß is our solitaire among the white wines. It is pressed 100% from the grape variety Weißburgunder and the grapes come exclusively from Salzberg. Pannobile is the only wine we subject to a controlled organic acid reduction and ferment in barriques. Storage also takes place in small oak barrels of the company Cadus. We only use Nevers oak, used barrels for the most part.

This wine is fun and has great impact. It demonstrates impressively and distinctively the kind and build that is typical for white wines from Burgenland. Pannobile Weiß should be consumed “warmish”, compared to other white wines. In case you should wish to open a bottle and drink the wine right away we recommend decanting the wine, so it will receive the air necessary for deconvolution of its aromas.
