This Sémillon convinces with notes of yellow stone fruit (nectarine/peach), fresh and floral hints of chamomile and verbena, as well as fine wood. Full-bodied wine with a very tight structure on the palate. The ideal companion to substantial types of food preparation (grilled/fried, use of spices), e.g. grilled salmon fillet or oriental poultry dishes.
