This is a dry wine, and it is the result of a mix of wines at the end of the first fermentation that we call “base-wine” coming from the same vintage, the same grapes variety (100% Glera) but from different days of harvest and from different location of the vineyards. This assembly is made to ensure the stability of the taste of this wine during the season. It has around 7/8 grams per liter of residual sugar to give you the perfect balance between acidity, freshness and sweetness, and to make it perfect for any kind of pairing and to be enjoyed in any moment of the day.
