Description
Bright golden yellow with green shimmer. Citrus, ripe apple, pear and some hay on the nose, mineral notes. Taut on the palate and full of mineral spice and a lot of excitement. Excellent companion to a variety of fish dishes, as well as poultry and vegetables.

Vinification
Gentle pressing. 95% fermented and aged im stainless steel tanks for 10 months on the fine lies. 5% fermented and aged on the full lies in barriques made out of acia wood. Battonage (stirring up the lies) within the first 3 months of aging.
