Description
Silt based soil characterises this wine– loess and clay causing a stimulating but creamy impression. It is cheeky but elegant, and is pale white gold with a hint of lemon and lime. A delicate aroma of pears and a long fruity finish. When you drink this wine you feel you´ve arrived.

Vineyard: Ried Vorderseiber
The Vorder Seiber location is our newest vineyard. Due to its south-west exposure it has the typical Gföhler Gneis ground of the area, covered with a 2 metre deep layer of loess.
Wine production: The grapes were crushed and after the pressing allowed to ferment with a fine yeast. After a three month period the wine was filtered and bottled at the beginning of Febuary.
A real young wine, cheeky but elegant. –
