The process of trasformation into sparkling is obtained with the Charmat method at low temperatures to promote the development of delicate scents and a fine and persistent perlage that characterizes its refined elegance. Colour: Brilliant straw yellow. Fragrance: Refined, with elegant fruity notes of pineapple and pear. Taste: Fresh, well structured and pleasant persistence.
