Our winery and Heuriger "Pferschy-Seper" in Mödling is one of the oldest businesses in the Thermenregion and has existed since 1718. Birgit Pferschy-Seper has been running the family business since 2004, she is now the 4th generation of women in a row, her daughter Anna Seper is standing as the 5th generation already in the starting blocks. Birgit Pferschy-Seper has been a passionate organic winemaker since 2001. A authentic wine characteristic is important to us. The main focus is on regional varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Rotgipfler, Zierfandler, St. Laurent and Pinot Noir.
