Vineyard
south-exposed vineyards with gravelly moraine soil at S. Maddalena (Bolzano) at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level
Vinification
The grapes from selected vines are picked and crushed at the Mid of October. They are vinificated carefully and fermented in a slow and controlled manner. The new wine develops in small oak barrels and barrique barrels and is bottled after three years.
