Vineyard: Hagenbrunn
The grapes comes from our Hagenbrunner vineyards, at the foot of the hill Bisamberg. Geologically, the Bisamberg is a continuation of the Flyschzone (= sandstone with clay marl, calcareous) of the Vienna Woods. The soil is sandy clay and loamy silt. It has a continental climate with Pannonian influences. The microclimate of the Bisamberg has a beneficial effect on vegetation and aroma formation.
Vinification
Gentle pressing, fermentation at 20°C in stainless steel tank.
