Fine fruit notes and the firm acidity reveal the northern influence. Peachy with grapefruit notes in the nose and on the palate, more intense and delicate, hearty and elegant.

Stützenhofen "Hohe Ried" is located at the Czech border, about 60 kilometers north from Hagenbrunn. The climate is quite cool, the soil of Hohe Ried is characterized by limestone and deep loam und loess.

Gentle pressing, fermentation at 20°C in stainless steel tank. Bottling in April 2022.
