Vineyard: Ried Fürstenberg
The Ried Fürstenberg (Enzersfeld in the Weinviertel) is a steep southern position with a slope of over 35 degrees, almost boiler-shaped. Sandy soil and dry, forcing the vines to deep roots.
Vinification
14 days of maceration, controlled fermentation at 28-32°C in stainless steel tanks, after pressing approx. 24 months storage in french Allier-oak barrels (40% new), bottling in October 2019 in 0,75lt. and 1,5lt. bottles.
